LONDON — The big story before the Cleveland Browns get on an airplane and fly to London was going to be the change they made at the quarterback position . There might be a story brewing that could rival it in terms of importance.

All-Pro defensive end Myles Garrett, the Browns announced, was not expected to practice. The reason given was because of an ankle injry he suffered in a Week 4 loss at the Detroit Lions .
