SPOKANE, Wash. — A woman was shot with a high-powered BB/pellet rifle during an argument at a Spokane Valley hotel early Wednesday morning, leaving her hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries while suspects remain at large.
At approximately 2:30 a.m., Spokane Valley and Spokane County deputies responded to the Rodeway Inn near East Broadway Avenue and North Dyer Road after receiving reports of a hotel guest who had been shot.
According to deputies, the suspects fled the scene immediately after the shooting.
Several individuals who knew each other, including the victim, became involved in an argument that escalated to violence, according to investigators.
Because the individuals involved were known to each other, investigators do not believe there is an ongoing threat to the pub
