TOPEKA, Kan. (KCTV) - Vape shops and CBD dispensaries across the State of Kansas were targeted in a day-long sweep for the illegal sale of marijuana.

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation says that on Wednesday, Oct. 1, it executed several warrants in cities across the state to seize products agents believe were being sold illegally.

Law enforcement officials noted that these warrants were served at vape shops and CBD dispensaries. Marijuana, THC vape cartridges and other items that contained illegal concentrations of THC - and in some instances weapons - were seized.
