LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

Louisville Metro Police Department has arrested a second suspect in connection to a shooting that forced a JCPS soccer match to shelter-in-place.

The shooting happened in the 1500 block of Congress Street on Aug. 26. There was one person injured in the shooting.

A soccer match between Brown and Manual at Central High School was evacuated when the shooting happened.

On Sept. 2, police said they arrested a 17-year-old boy, charging him with complicity assault and five counts of complicity wanton endangerment.

The second suspect, 20-year-old Troy Martin Jr., was arrested Wednesday afternoon.

Martin is charged with unlawful transaction with a minor, first-degree assault (complicity), and five counts of wanton endangerment (complicity).
