WASHINGTON, D.C. — Evenflo is recalling nearly 325,000 child car seats after the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) warned that a design flaw could pose a choking hazard.

The recall affects certain Gold Revolve360 Slim and Revolve360 Slim models manufactured between Dec. 1, 2022, and Dec. 8, 2024, according to the NHTSA. Officials said the foam inside the headrest is not properly secured, allowing children to pick off pieces that could become a choking risk.

Evenflo will mail affected customers additional tape and installation instructions at no cost. Notification letters are expected to go out by Friday, Oct. 31. Owners can contact Evenflo customer service at 1-800-233-5921 for more information.
