The town of Emmitsburg on Tuesday elected an incumbent and a former commissioner to fill two seats on the Board of Commissioners.

Commissioner Kevin Hagan will return to the board, and former Commissioner Rosario Benvengi will fill the seat held by Commissioner Amy Boehman-Pollitt.
