Clark County has released a draft environmental impact statement, a major step in updating the county’s 20-year growth plan, as required by the state Growth Management Act.

The environmental review gives the public the opportunity to learn about potential environmental impacts of proposed growth alternatives and submit comments on the draft environmental review.

The draft statement is available at clark.wa.gov/community-planning/2025-update-eis .

Written comments must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. Nov. 30. Comments can be submitted online, by email at [email protected] or by mail at Comprehensive Plan EIS, Community Planning, P.O. Box 9810, Vancouver, WA 98666.
