EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Health Leaders of Vanderburgh and Warrick counties shared results of the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment.

Leaders have been working to identify the biggest health needs in the area.

The five priorities identified were Behavioral Health, Aging Populations, Healthy Families, Access to Care, and Outreach and Development.

Leaders at Ascension St Vincent say this assessment helps them figure out where to focus more resources.

“This is a community effort we have a lot of representation the health department, the two hospital systems, other partners because we can’t do it all alone,” says Alex Chang, president at Ascension St. Vincent. “One organization can’t take this on and that’s why its a great partnership.”
