WILLIAMSPORT — The man charged with killing a Dauphin County native on a Williamsport street in 2016 is facing a second homicide trial.
The first one ended on Wednesday with Lycoming County Judge Nancy L. Butts declaring a mistrial after jurors twice told her they could not reach a verdict.
First Assistant District Attorney Martin L. Wade said afterward that Dawud M. Rogers, 44, of Williamsport, will be tried again on homicide and related charges.
