John Eustace says Derby County trio Patrick Agyemang, Bobby Clark and Max Johnston are having to adapt to the demands of the Championship after their transfers this summer.
The trio all joined the club as part of a major overhaul of the squad with Derby signing 13 players while 13 were allowed to leave in what was a busy summer.
But it is the first time that Clark, Johnston and Agyemang have experienced the second tier which many pundits describe as one of the toughest leagues in Europe.
Eustace feels that while Derby is trying to find rhythm, with players also having to learn about the division, he has been encouraged by their ability to pick up points.
