Riley Townsend made eight saves for her third shutout in a row and fifth on the season as Mainland edged Ocean City 1-0 in Linwood.

Emma Preissman scored her third goal of the season off an assist from Maddie Taylor to break a scoreless tie in the second half.

Mainland improved to 6-2 and Ocean City fell to 6-4-1.
