One person was airlifted to hospital following a serious crash this morning west of Ste. Anne.

Emergency crews were called out at 6:34 am, to the intersection of Provincial Road 210 and Road 32E, which is three miles north of Greenland. STARS air ambulance was dispatched at 6:50 am.

RCMP have confirmed that it was a two-vehicle crash. According to a spokesperson for STARS, one of the two vehicles was a concrete truck. Motorists at the scene say it appears that the other vehicle was a minivan.

According to the STARS spokesperson, one patient was flown from the scene to Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg in stable condition.
