The police were called to a road in Cambridge this afternoon (Thursday, October 2) following a sudden death. The police attended to Lantern House on Chesterton Road at around 12.50pm with reports of the sudden death of a woman in her 20s.
The death is currently being treated as unexplained. The police officers remain at the scene and an investigation into the incident is ongoing.
A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Police said: "We were called at about 12.50pm this afternoon (2 October) to reports of a sudden death of a woman, in her 20s, at Lantern House in Chesterton Road, Cambridge.
"The death is currently being treated as unexplained, officers remain at the scene and an investigation is on-going."
