TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - The Tucson Police Department released video of a shooting that happened on the city’s southside.

The video is from early September.

The TPD said in a social media post “what begins as a seemingly harmless gathering of teens can quickly turn dangerous when guns, drugs, and alcohol enter the mix.”

Tucson Police says one person suffered an accidental, self-inflicted gunshot wound to the leg.

Police want to use this video as a reminder to parents and guardians to “know where your teens and young adults are, who they’re with, and what’s happening around them.”
