LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- A Clark County grand jury has voted to indict an Israeli official arrested in a Las Vegas sex sting from August, the 8 News Now Investigators have learned.
Tom Alexandrovich, 38, faces a charge of luring children or mentally ill persons with the use of technology with the intent to engage in sexual conduct, records said. The grand jury voted Wednesday to indict Alexandrovich, prosecutors announced Thursday.
The indictment is a procedural formality that moves the criminal case directly to the Clark County District Court.
Alexandrovich appeared virtually during his initial court appearance on Sept. 3. During the hearing, Henderson Justice Court Judge Barbara Schifalacqua ordered Alexandrovich to stay away from minors and stay off applications or social media sites for
