The chicken wing chain was growing fast and running out of space at a three-story, 78,000-square-foot building in Addison. So when the top four floors became available at One West Village in Uptown Dallas, which formerly housed TRG, Wingstop leaders felt like they hit the jackpot.

One of the first things the Wingstop team did after signing the new lease was to repaint the colorful and prominent staircase on the side of the building facing U.S. 75 in the company's green hue. They were also able to put their name on two sides of the prominent building that can be seen from points across Uptown and beyond.
