Longtime personal privacy advocate Neal Kurk is among a small group of Granite State residents looking to challenge the Trump administration’s lawsuit seeking access to New Hampshire’s statewide voter registration lists.
The lawsuit, filed Sept. 25 in U.S. District Court in Concord by the U.S. Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, is on hold after federal prosecutors filed a motion this week asking Judge Andrea K. Johnstone to indefinitely pause the case due to the federal government shutdown that took effect at end of day on Sept. 30. Download PDF
