(FOX40.COM) -- It's officially showtime in Sacramento! Thursday marked the first day of Aftershock. It's the West Coast's largest rock, punk and metal festival.
FOX40 was there all day long and after observing the crowds, meeting fans and hearing the music blasting, it's clear the event is every music lover's dream. Jamie Ross was there to jam out to her favorite musicians.
"I grew up with my CD player, listening to many of these bands," Ross said. "So they all, many of them hold a very dear place in my heart. But I came here to rock out live!"
