A statue featuring U.S. President Donald Trump and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein has reportedly made a dramatic comeback to Washington, DC, as the federal government enters its second day of shutdown. ‌

The imposing bronze statue, which depicts the president and Epstein hand in hand with whimsical expressions, re-emerged at the National Mall after being toppled by Trump's supporters a few weeks ago. The original statue was installed on 23 September and discreetly knocked down by members of the United States Park Police the following day, around 5:3
