CIRCLEVILLE, OHIO — For Westfall High School junior Lillian Patterson , the Circleville Pumpkin Show has always been more than just an event — it’s a cherished tradition woven into her life and her community.

“Growing up in the magical town of Circleville has truly been a blessing,” Patterson said. “The Pumpkin Show is where I get to see lifelong friends, reconnect with family, and even make new friends along the way. It’s a time filled with joy, laughter, and memories that last a lifetime.”

One of her favorite memories goes back to childhood, when she could hardly sleep the night before the Pumpkin Show. “I’d wake my mom up by jumping on her bed, singing a silly little song that went, ‘The Pumpkin Show, The Pumpkin Show, lost my money and broke my toe!’ To this day, it still makes me
