What was Robert Morris accused of?

Morris was accused of abusing Cindy Clemishire in 1982 when she was 12 years old during his visits to Hominy, Oklahoma. Clemishire and her sister gave detailed witness statements about Morris and his actions. Morris had been a family friend with the victim's family at the time of the crime.
