ATHENS TWP., Pa. (WETM) – An Elmira man has been sentenced to serve time in a county correctional facility following an investigation into a theft that officials say took place at a Walmart in Pennsylvania in 2024.

Zachary M. Bellinger, 24, was sentenced to a minimum of two months to a maximum of one year in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for the crime of retail theft (third-degree felony), as stated in a release from the Bradford County District Attorney's Office.

Officials say Bellinger was charged with the crime by the Athens Township Police Department in July of 2024 following an investigation into a theft from the Walmart in Athens Township.
