A star of the “Fast and the Furious” film series is in some hot water with the law.
Actor-singer Tyrese Gibson, who is known for his role as Roman Pierce in the hit action films, was booked on a cruelty to animals charge in Atlanta, TMZ reported.
The charge comes days after Gibson’s four cane corso dogs were seen running throughout a neighborhood and killed a neighbor’s 5-year-old cavalier King Charles spaniel named Henry. Gibson’s dogs were reportedly known to run free in the neighborhood.
According to jail records in Fulton County, Gibson was booked on Friday but posted $20,000 bond and was released.
According to NBC News , Henry’s owner told police he found the dog dead in his driveway near the front door after letting him out to go to the bathroom.
