STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A criminal complaint filed against an NYPD officer from Staten Island who was involved in an alleged hit-and-run incident earlier this week reveals new details about the case.

Alfredo Loyogarcia, 26, was hit with two counts of leaving the scene of a crash, which authorities said unfolded Wednesday night in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn.
