Jason Vorhees, Freddy Krueger and other Halloween icons will again stroll down 119th Street in downtown Whiting this weekend.
At least 25,000 people normally turn out for Wickedly Whiting, the Region's biggest Halloween festival and Whiting's second largest festival after Pierogi Fest.
Wickedly Whiting will take place on 119th Street between Clark Street and Pennsylvania Avenue from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday.
Co-Chair Mandy Vargo would celebrate Halloween every day if she could.
