The Special Olympics is one of them.
Special Olympics in Vandenburgh County allows athletes with disabilities complete in sports such as swimming, bowling, cornhole and more.
The Fall Festival is a major fundraiser for the organization.
Volunteers will help make new food items, the Ski slushi and the nacho pickle.
“We need maybe about another eight to ten volunteers, and that would help complete our shifts. So, if anyone would like to volunteer, that’s what we have left,” said Special Olympic Volunteer Leighann Drake.
Everything you buy at the booth helps support local athletes.
