AUGUSTA, Maine — Maine voters will decide next month whether to approve new restrictions on absentee voting, including eliminating two days of voting, ending automatic absentee status for seniors and people with disabilities, banning prepaid postage on ballot envelopes, and limiting the number of drop boxes.
