BAYFIELD, Wis. (Northern News Now) - Thousands are expected to celebrate fall and all things apples in Bayfield this weekend.
The 63rd Annual Bayfield Apple Fest kicked off Friday and will run until Oct. 5.
Not only are apples in the forecast for the weekend, Northern News Now’s Chief Meteorologist, Adam Lorch, noted how the warm weather has made the festival feel more like the State Fair than a fall festival.
Apple Fest featured events:
October 3:
Mayoral Proclamation
October 4
Apple Peeling Contest
Firemen’s Fish Fry, Live Music and Beer Garden
October 4: Queen Coronation
October 5
Grand Parade
