Cops are seeking the above man for snatching thousands of dollars in jewelry off seniors’ necks.
A 70-year-old man was walking near Bayard Street and McGuinness Boulevard in Brooklyn at 1:45 p.m. Sept. 18, police said, when the perp took a gold chain worth $1,000 off his neck from behind. He then fled to a dark colored moped, on which he rode southbound on Graham Avenue.
At 8 p.m. the next day, the suspect stole silver and gold chains, valued at about $7,200, off the neck of a 65-year-old man walking by Cypress Hills Street and Otto Road in Glendale, as per the NYPD. The perp, described as 20 to 25 years old with a medium complexion, again fled on the moped.
