The Madras High Court on Friday sharply questioned whether Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) leader Aadhav Arjuna, the party’s No.2 and General Secretary, was “above the law,” and pulled up police for failing to act despite the registration of an FIR over his controversial “GenZ Revolution” post on X (formerly Twitter).
Hearing a petition filed by S M Kathiravan of Anna Nagar seeking action against Arjuna, Justice N Senthilkumar asked: “Do people think nothing can be done to them? Do you want the court to be a mute spectator?”
