AccuWeather recently released its national weather forecast, and it calls for a milder winter for the First State with below-normal amounts of snowfall. It is still far away from the winter, and forecasting snowfall is tricky. Right now, the forecast is calling for storms to be most likely at the beginning and end of the season in the Eastern U.S. and said that nor'easters are possible on the East Coast.
Snowfall is projected to be higher than last year along the East Coast but still below historic averages.
