WAGENER, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - Two cars crashed into a pond on Wagener Road at Flowing Well Road, officials say.

Aiken County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene after two cars crashed into the pond early Saturday afternoon.

There is no confirmed status on injuries or the vehicles, according to the sheriff’s office.

South Carolina Highway Patrol and the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources were contacted.

The sheriff’s office is assisting on the scene, but is not handling the investigation.
