Southern Nevada will remain quiet for now, as the breezy winds with the cold front overnight gradually diminish. Dry conditions are predicted in the immediate forecast for the next few days through mid-week with afternoon highs in the low to mid 80s rising to the upper 80s by next week. The first freeze is coming up for the Dyer area in Esmeralda County. A Freeze warning will go into effect at midnight through 8 a.m. Sunday for Esmeralda and central Nye counties, as overnight temperatures are expected to drop to
