HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) -- The Owensboro Tattoo Fest is returning for its second year.

Next week the festival will take over the Owensboro Convention Center bringing together 100 talented tattoo artists from around the world.

There will be live tattooing and artistic competition. Visitors can watch artists create stunning tattoos in real time and even get inked on the spot.

The event runs October 10 through the 12.
