HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) -- The Lions Club Arts and Crafts Festival is being held this weekend at Audubon State Park in Henderson.
Now in its 53rd year it draws thousands of visitors annually. The festival features handmade one of a kind items from regional artisans. With growing community support the event continues to thrive as a highlight of Henderson's autumn season.
“People come and they love knowing that there's something unique for their Christmas gifts or even their Halloween decor or parties, and just, you're right, getting in the fall spirit of things. So we have vendors with wreaths, yard displays, yard statues, sweatshirts, T-shirts, anything, you name it, and there's something for everybody.”
The festival continues tomorrow from 10 until four. Parking is $5 per vehicle.
