NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) - Saturday mostly saw storms along the coast, but Sunday will be rather widespread in comparison.
Taking a look at FUTURECAST to give you about better idea as to times and locations:
Some spots may wake up to stormy weather in the early morning hours of Sunday along the coast and sound areas.
Then by 6 a.m., the coast, parts of both the South & North Shores along with our Mississippi counties will see some heavy storms that will last for a few hours.
By 10 a.m., things will mellow out a bit, but will pick back up by noon as the showers and storms move westward getting to the I-10/I-12 corridor and Baton Rouge by 3 p.m.
Don’t forget about the Coastal Flood Advisory that remains in effect through Sunday at 6 p.m.
