SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — San Angelo Stadium was treated to the game of the week for Division two football. #5 Angelo State hosted #9 UT Permian Basin.

The Rams got back starting QB Braeden Fuller as he suited up for the first time since his week two injury. Unfortunately tonight the game didn't go as planned for ASU as they dropped this game 28-14.

A tough back game that got even tougher as penalties played a role in the Rams loss. Something that affected the offense all night.

Rams had a chance the final seven minutes after two interceptions in five minutes but couldn't come away with points and would eventually surrender the game 28-14 dropping their first game of the season and now 4-1 in conference play.
