Glen Udell of Hinton, Iowa, will celebrate his 90th birthday on Saturday, Oct. 18 at Deer Run Golf Course in Hinton.

The event will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Food and drinks will be provided. The family requests no gifts.

Glen was born on Oct. 15, 1935, on a farm in Sioux City. He married Marilyn O’Malley on Jan. 25, 1957, and they shared many wonderful years until Marilyn’s passing in 2018. Together, they owned and operated Ken’s Delivery Service for 29 years before retiring. Glen has continued to live on the family farm in Hinton since 1962, where he farmed and raised livestock.

Glen and Marilyn’s children are Becky (Doug) Schoenrock of Le Mars, Iowa, and Jeff Udell of Fountain Hills. He is also the proud grandfather of five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
