OTTAWA COUNTY, Mich. — A man is dead and another is injured after an ATV crash in Allendale Township on Saturday night, according to the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office (OCSO).

Around 8:55 p.m., deputies and Allendale Fire Rescue were dispatched to an ATV rollover crash at the intersection of 90th Avenue and South Cedar Drive.

The investigation showed the ATV, driven by a 43-year-old Grand Rapids man, was headed northeast on South Cedar Drive and failed to navigate the turn onto 90th Avenue. Deputies said the ATV ran off the road and rolled.

The driver was thrown from the ATV. Despite attempts to render aid, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
