CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - In a Facebook post on Saturday, Up In Smoke BBQ in Czech Village said two people had broken in to the restaurant and stole meat from its smoker.

The post included several photos from the restaurant’s security cameras that appear to show two people breaking a lock to the smoker using bolt cutters.

The restaurant said the pair stole two trays of meat. It said it had to throw away the remainder of the food on the smoker due to health and safety.

The Facebook post said the restaurant lost around $1,700 worth of product.

It’s asking anyone who may know the individuals in the photos to contact the restaurant.
