ANDERSON, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - Anderson City Fire crews responded to a structure fire at a church Sunday morning.
Officials said they responded around 10:56 a.m. to St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church on White Street in Anderson. When they arrived, there was no active fire.
Crews said that there had been a small explosion in the kitchen oven. Two people were sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
