AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - It was rainy and muggy out, but that didn’t stop hundreds of people from coming out for Pace Day 2025.
It happens every year to raise funding and awareness for the fight against cancer.
And this year, people could run or walk in addition to cycling, to get as many people involved as possible.
100% of the funds raised today go towards supporting innovative cancer research at the Georgia Cancer Center at Augusta University.
Every person out there on Sunday had a different reason for being out there.
