EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Let’s talk Aces men’s soccer. They’re absolutely rolling now, with a 4-2-5 record, after winning their third straight match, Saturday night!
Robbe Tarver’s squad won 2-0, over conference foe, Western Michigan, thanks to a fourth-minute goal, from Tancredi Fadda, and a second-half, penalty kick tally, from Martin Wurschmidt. Michael Mroz was also perfect in goal, saving every shot, he faced.
Now, UE men’s soccer is actually hotter, than just their three-game win streak. Dating back to mid-September, they’re riding a six-game, unbeaten streak, with four wins and two draws. We spoke with the team, about what’s changed, after their 0-2-3 start to the season.
Next up for UE men’s soccer, is a non-conference road trip, to face Northwestern, on Tuesday.
