AUBURN, Ky. – A Logan County man faces child sexual exploitation charges.
Kentucky State Police Public Affairs Officer Trooper Katan Parker says the KSP Electronic Crime Branch arrested Zachary Anthony Stogner, 25, on charges related to child sexual abuse material on Saturday afternoon.
KSP says an Internet Crimes Against Children investigation was conducted on Stogner after he allegedly attempted to procure children online.
Stogner was lodged at the Logan County Jail. He is charged with one count of procuring a minor by electronic means.
This charge is a Class C felony, punishable by a prison sentence of five to ten years.
