Mike Vrabel earned an early signature win by leading the New England Patriots to a monumental 23-20 road upset over the Buffalo Bills on Sunday night.

The Patriots posted footage of Vrabel addressing his team after the Week 5 triumph. Some observers may not have expected New England to take down the NFL’s last remaining undefeated team, but Vrabel told his squad he believed they could defeat their AFC East rivals at Orchard Park.

“I’m happy for you. It’s you. It’s the players,” Vrabel said. “Fellas, you guys go out there and do the (expletive). There’s so much we can do to improve. We talked about taking the next step, and they were in the way. And we took the next step, but I’m not surprised. I want you to understand that—I’m not surprised at all.”
