The detention hearing for a Vineland man who allegedly tried to lure children and exposed himself while they were walking to school last week was delayed Monday after the state requested a three-day adjournment.

Rogelio Vega, 33, is scheduled to appear in Cumberland County Superior Court at 9 a.m. Thursday.

Vega is charged with two counts of luring and enticing a juvenile; three counts of endangering the welfare of a child; four counts of lewdness; five counts of criminal sexual contact; two counts of luring and enticing an adult; two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon; two counts of certain persons not to have weapons; manufacture, transport, disposition and defacement of weapons; and three counts of prohibited weapons and devices.
