MASSENA, New York (WWNY) - A Massena man faces charges after a reported domestic dispute.

New York State Police say it happened on October 1 when a third party called regarding an incident on State Route 420 in the town of Massena.

When troopers arrived, they say the people at the residence were uncooperative, and no report was made at that time.

On October 3, the victim contacted New York State Police to report the incident, saying they were too afraid to speak with Troopers during the initial response.
