OSHKOSH, Wis. (WBAY) - The man accused of stealing six historical gravestone markers in Fox Crossing waived his time limit for a preliminary hearing Monday.
Bradley Bloch, 58, from Lamartine, appeared in Winnebago County court on felony charges of theft totaling up to $100,000.
As we’ve reported, police say Bloch stole six 4-foot tall iron crosses from St. Patrick’s Cemetery. They were valued between $10,000 and $15,000 each.
Investigators arrested Bloch in August following tips that the markers were being sold on Facebook Marketplace and eBay.
The court gave Bloch a $500 signature bond. He’s ordered not to have contact with any graveyards or use any online selling sites.
His next court appearance is Oct. 27.
