MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — Mobile Police Department officers arrested a man after he caused a scene at a gas station and was allegedly found to be in a stolen vehicle.

According to an MPD news release, officers were called to the CEFCO gas station in the 4900 block of Schillinger Road South around 7:30 a.m. on Oct. 3 after a man was "causing problems" at the store.

INCIDENT LOCATION:

When officers arrived, they said they found that the man was sitting inside a vehicle outside the store.

The vehicle in which the man was found turned out to have been reported stolen from Mississippi, according to the release.

37-year-old Micah Kinchen was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct.
