CLEVELAND — A gas line break has closed part of Mayfield Road near McDonald’s in South Euclid , according to police.

The South Euclid Police Department said the area is being shut down while crews respond. Drivers are asked to use alternate routes.

Police said they will provide an update once the section of Mayfield Road reopens.
